It should work on 2.9 even if WordPress says it doesn't. It's working fine on 3.o too, I just haven't updated the compatibility info. The plug-in isn't abandoned but its a low priority project. The time I've had to work on these has been spent exclusively on Muse's Success (muses-success.info) lately. Unless the plug-in is broken, I'm not planning to work on this or the e-book plug-in until I have finished the muses-success.info update. It's quite a big update but I'm nearly done. Of course, I have uni assignments to work on as well, so my time is limited or I feel guilty working on other things.

I hope you find the plug-in suitable for your needs and if it doesn't do something you feel is essential, please make a suggestion.

I am about to DL this and try it on a multi-author fiction site, using 2.9. Are you still working on this plugin?

I've been searching for a TOS generator for about two years!

Have some issues with this. The "Display TOC in Chapters Only" have a tendency to untick itself upon save and suddenly it will enforce this with no other way to stop it than to remove the widget and make it anew.

Would be super-useful if this generated pages instead of a sidebar. I personally perfer one-column themes for sites that feature intense amounts of text (such as blooks, or what-have-you).
